GRILLED VEGETABLE CHEESE TOAST
bread slices (as required)
shredded carrots
shredded lettuce or cabbage
chopped spring onions
2 - green chillies finely chopped
tomato ketchup
shredded white and yellow cheese
butter
green chutney(optional)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 small tsp - garlic paste (optional)
Preparation Method
Add the garlic paste to the tomato ketchup.
Arrange the bread slices on a baking dish (pizza dish for oven)
and apply butter and a layer of green chutney and/or tomato ketchup on them.
Then sprinkle all shredded veggies onto it, garnish with spring onions, green chilies and shredded cheese.
Top it all with salt and black pepper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees for 10 mins.
Now place the baking tray inside the oven and bake for 20 mins or until the cheese melts evenly.
At this point, turn on the Broil setting on the oven and let the cheese turn golden brown (about 10 seconds)
Serve piping hot.

BREAD PATTIES
Bread pieces - 3 to 4
Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
Green Chilly chopped - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Pepper Powder - as necessary
Egg - 1
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 cup
Preparation Method
Cut the bread into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients from second to the eight.
Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.

MASALA BREAD FRY
Bengal gram flour - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - for taste
Bread sliced into 2" pieces - 16 pieces.
Oil - for frying
Preparation Method
Mix bengal gram flour, maida, red chilly powder, masala powder, and salt with water to make a paste.
Keep it for 15 minutes.
Dip the bread pieces in the batter and fry it in the oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
