Ingredients:
Cashews – 1 cup (powdered)
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Rose water – 1/2 tsp (optional)
Steps:
Make syrup with sugar and water till one-string consistency.
Add cashew powder and cook till thick dough forms.
Roll on greased surface, cool, and cut into diamonds.
