So fluffy they wiggle! 🍮 These Japanese soufflé pancakes are light as clouds and melt in your mouth—ready to impress?
How to Make:
Separate 2 eggs—beat yolks with 2 tbsp milk, ½ tsp vanilla, and 3 tbsp flour.
In another bowl, whisk egg whites with ½ tsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold whites gently into yolk batter.
Cook on low heat in ring molds for 4–5 mins each side with lid on.
Tips & Safety:
✔ Whip egg whites till firm but not dry.
✔ Don’t flip too soon—let them set fully.
✔ Use nonstick pan and low flame to prevent collapse.
