Go to Properties

1.Thru Taskbar, right click on the google chrome icon, right click on "google chrome" and select properties.

2. .In the Shortcut Tab, add a space followed by "--force-dark-mode" to the end of the Target box(i.e. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --force-dark-mode ),then click OK.
