1. Meditation and yoga

3. Drink herbal tea in the morning instead of coffee

4. Limit dairy consumption

8. Exfoliate the skin

9. Don’t touch your face with your hands

10. Look after your sleep and diet

Maintaining an appropriate sleep schedule and balanced diet are crucial for healthy skin. You should sleep enough to avoid bags forming under the eyes, droopy eyelids, and looking abnormally pale. Also, drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day and eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables will help you stay hydrated and get all the nutrients necessary for your body to be in top shape. This will also be reflected in your skin’s well-being.
