There are some factors that can make the symptoms more severe.

They include sunlight, stress, heat, alcohol, spicy food and some medications. For people with rosacea it’s recommended to keep track of these factors and limit the exposure to them.
Rosacea is incurable, but now there is a number of remedies that help relieve the symptoms. The most widely used medications are antibiotics and azelaic creams and gels.
