Remove all irritating factors such as a harsh light, noise, and others.
Lie down or sit, trying to focus on one object and don’t close your eyes.
Avoid any quick movements, move slowly to prevent falling.
If there is a possibility, take your blood pressure. If your blood pressure is high, don’t try to bring it down sharply!
Watch carefully for changes in your health condition and be sure to contact your doctor if you don’t get better as expected.
