Effective recipe if you want to lose weight:
1) 5 Litres of water
2)1 Orange
3)1 Grapefruit
4)1 inch ginger
5)10 mint leaves
6) 1 Lemon
7) 1 Cucumber
Cut them and add in the 5 litres water. Refrigerate for one whole night and the next day you can drink it.
You might see some changes after consuming for sometime.
