This is dangerous for you and your kids posture especially if you are looking at your phones all the time.It's said that teens are those always complaining of "text neck" or a back and neck pain because they are constantly on their devices.

A spine specialist said, there's huge evidence a strain from the extreme usage from cellphone, tablet and laptop rather then strain from sporting events.
This is what a group of physical therapists warned that extra weight which could be up to 27kg on the cervical spine caused by looking down and that will lead to wear and tear on the spine.

2)Shoulder Blade Squeeze and
3)Chest Stretch
