Title: An Angel watches over me

My pen fell from my hand- ink splattered like blood
Feeling suffocated - the last words had been written
Was this the end, had the poet died?
Ready to leave - never to look back - this was goodbye
Suddenly, a flash of light breathed me back into life
with a beautiful gesture reincarnating my soul 
Celestial being glowing an ethereal spiritual light
spoke heavenly radiant words of virtuous delight
The ink began to flow - waterfalls flowed fluently
Now I believe in saintly Angels - I know they watch over me
