It's Not That Bad After All

To us, ghee is unhealthy. But when we consume it at the right time, we feel good.

Here are the suggested times to consume ghee:

1)Best consumed at the beginning of a meal: Because it will neutralise the spice in the food that you might eat later.
2)Best consumed with a hot meal: If the food is freshly prepared then it is best time to consume ghee, because it helps to improve digestion.



And here is when you should not consume ghee:

1)With Cooling Meals: For an instance if you are having yogurt or any other cooling source, avoid ghee intake then.


What Can Ghee Do:

1)Gives Physical Strength
2)Lightens the body
3)Gives good strength to the body

P/S: Take half cup of hot water after consuming ghee as the hot water helps digestion.
