Cucumbers, is always an option for body hydration and is rich in Vitamin C which keeps the skin healthy and shinny. If you want to watch your weight, its an ideal source of fiber .
Scientifically proven that cucumber can reduce body gat and help to lose weight, as they are also a good digestion stimulant. Of course not 100% dependent on a cucumber, a balance work out diet will also enrich life. Here is a good diet sample:

1)Breakfast : 1 bowl of cucumber, 1 cup of tea and toast with jam
2)Lunch: 1 egg or chicken breast with bread, 1 bowl of cucumbers
3)Dinner: Cucumber Salad
