Unfortunate commuters in the City of Angels on average spend 59 hours a year sitting in traffic as opposed to times when roadways are clear – whenever that might be.

The fashion capital of the world is also one of the most traffic prone cities. Maybe they shouldn’t let all those sheep onto the streets during rush hour.
