INGREDIENTS :
Vermicilli - 1 packet
Small Onion - 8
Red chillies - 2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Channa dal - 1 tsp
METHOD OF PREPARATION :
1) Heat oil in a pan .Once hot , add mustard and Urat dal,Channa dal .When it splutters , add onion and saute till tender .
2) Followed by Red chillies and saute for 2 minutes with curry leaves.
3) Add a cup of water with salt. Bring to boil well.
4) Finally , add semiya to it and cover with a lid .Cook in slow flame till done.Garnish with Coriander leaves.
