The Smile Man (2024) Movie Review:

CID officer Chidambaram's (Sarathkumar) car hits with an accident and followed by an unknown man attacks him. In the story shown after five years, Chidambaram is diagnosed with early stage of alzheimer. So he recollects all his cases handled and publish it as a book. After few days of this book release, few murders take place in the pattern of Smile Man killings which happened five years ago. CID team officers Aravind (Sri Kumar) and Keerthana (Sija Rose) are assigned for investigation. What happens further, is rest of the story.

Positives: Thriller mode narration in parts, Actors performance, BGM, Cinematography.

Drawbacks: Few sequences were taken in amateur way which spoils the narration, Flashback story of villain is over stretched.

Verdict: Watchable as a time pass after released in OTT.
